Please read all of the following before registering.

We are currently offering (Third dose MODERNA) at Tuxedo Pharmacy our pharmacy to individuals who are (People over 18 years).

This is currently the best way to receive a vaccine with us. We do not accept walk-ins.

Please do not call our pharmacy to confirm your status on our registration list. We are currently receiving a limited supply and will keep you informed by sending regular emails about the status of vaccines at our location. We do not have a dedicated call center for COVID vaccines so please expect an email/text when you can book an appointment date and time.  

If you have any questions about the vaccine, the Health Canada website has helpful information and we can answer any questions during your appointment.

Please complete all necessary documentation (consent and screening form) prior to your appointment, including the triaging form upon registering.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, and not earlier to prevent crowding at our pharmacy.
